I would like to request a module that essentially performs one of the tasks of the OS X bar on a Mac; that is, it allows for the menu bar commands (File, Edit, etc.) to universally be displayed in one bar. It could also hold the systray. Preferably skinnable.

ObjectBar by StarDock does this exact same thing (on its default settings), though I'm confident LiteStep can handle it much better with a custom module.

Is this possible? Could ObjectBar just be reverse-engineered? I know little to nothing about LiteStep module coding, so... Forgive any technical misconceptions or inaccuracies.
