Issue with SEO theme Thread last updated on 2008-05-12 10:21:51

I am a first time litestep user, i am using this theme
http://customize.org/litestep/themes/53815

There are two issues:
1) Is there anyway i can make it so that the taskbar is always on the front? Cause by default whenever i open a window it goes behind the windows, its sort of annoying

2) It was having a problem loading dynamp (tried installing 2 ms dlls to get it to work, it just wont work), and i ended up deleting all the references to it from the theme config file. However, i read on this forum that the controls can still be made to work by using commands like
!execute ["D:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /next]

Is this possible for this theme? Can i do this?

Thanks.

:/ Either my question is too stupid or too hard. Please tell me which one it is

1) Yes...read the docs for your desktop module
2) Sure you can do that if you want. Would have been less of a hassle to try and figure out what DLL was missing...but whatever floats your boat.

DeViLbOi

1) Oh ok, thanks about that, i will check. Which module by the way? I just installed litestep, so i probably have the default stuff
2)I know i can do it, but how? I can post the theme.rc here if it helps

1) Depends on the theme. Should be either desktop2 or jdesk. Check your theme.rc.
2) Read the docs for whatever label or shortcut module your theme uses.

Its xtaskbar, and i figured out how to make it always on top, but now the titlebar of all windows is going behind it. How do i change the desktop work area to prevent this?

And i'm using jdesk

For an explanation and example, look in the base.rc file for Austerity.

For the jdesk help file see the litestep menu: litestep >> module docs >> jdesk.

Try reading the docs for dynamp.
