Hey, whenever i try to edit for example personal.rc, it says its locked and i cant edit it. I only have one user on my computer, who has admin rights, but i cant seem to change the read-only on the whole folder. Cant apply any theme either, since it cant modify any .rc it seems.
Help would be apprieciated.

Open with a text editor, like notepad.
