Im totally new to litestep, so I need an easy guide to get it going as fast as possible.
A 1-2-3 guide would be appreciated !

1/ What to download ?
I understand that I need a distribution, which one ?
A link to the download would be nice :)

2/ What modules can be recommended to start with ?
A link to the download would be nice :)

3/ Themes, can I choose any theme ?
Or are they OS specific ? (Win 98-NT-2000 etc)

Im going to use Litestep on a Windows 2000 system.
Any special recommendations ?

1) Go to the Downloads section and grab the installer by omar, and the update to the installer.
2) You don't need any up front, the theme will download them for you.
3) With Win2K...any.

From what I understand, LOSI is getting really good as an installer, including updates and stuff.

xcal: I haven't used it yet. If it is stable why don't you upload it to the Downloads section?

dev: I haven't tried it since a much earlier beta. I'm just hearing it's getting really good. I personally wouldn't upload it without trying it first, which I can't do at the moment.

I've installed LS from LOSI twice, and AFAIK it's worked great.

As long as you set explorer as your shell before you do it...yes it is that easy.
