I just installed litestep again, used it about a year ago and i decided to go back to it, but the themes aren't loading right...

Best guess...not all the modules downloaded properly with NLM and it loaded all the modules it had from Austerity.

I have this issue with some themes that don't handle multiple monitors correctly. You using only 1 monitor or multiple? If there's an option to move the bar to the top, often times that works. At least you'd be able to use the theme until you figure out the issue.
