Alright I know vista isn't exactly supported, I'm just looking for some ideas most of the transparency works except on the main bar and start menu. All the other popup menus and such work. So any help would be be great :)

Update:Figured out a fix on my own, just had to run litestep in compatibility mode as windows 2003 and everything is running correctly.
