On the theme i am currently customizing i have two labels which onhover show popup made quicklaunch bars. Recently after having made several changes to the theme the quicklaunch bars flicker when the mouse hovers over the parent labels. as soon as the mouse leave the parent labels the flickering stops.

I couldn't find anything in previous threads except lsxcommand and full screen games. This happens all the time whether or not something else is running. Has anyone had this problem before, and does anyone know what i could have changed in the theme.rc to cause this?

It sounds like you have it setup to constantly be opening it causing it to appear to flicker.
