I'm fairly new to Litestep, okay I've only found out about it a day ago.

I'm trying to run the rainlendar.dll and the page told me to insert a certain line of code into the step.rc.

I tried that but nothing came out of it, I switched to my default theme then back to the theme I chose, but rainlendar didn't appear.

What do I do?

there is more than one line that needs to be entered into your configuration in order to use that module.

Lol.

Well that helps, what's the solution? And in general, to open up most of any other modules? Or is it generally different per modeule?

Every module has it's own configuration values that need to be configured in order to see the module. Unfortunately for you, I don't use that module so I don't have an example config to give you.

if you want rainlendar, load it from rainlendar.net, not the 10 year old ls module.

Oh...that installer doesn't work for me for some reason.

Anyways, aside from that. What are the general steps to opening a module ?

http://wiki.litestep.com/Themes:Development:Microtheme

And if you look around in your Litestep directory, you'll find a module's docs.

Personally I don't touch anything that begins with "rain". Saves me a lot of headaches.

I would have liked to... but I didn't know how else to do a todo list... God, I do hate it though...

Labels and Textedit. West has some nice stuff in Popsicle for TODO list stuff...that is as long as you don't want it as a scheduler.
