I found a windowblinds theme which was included with the theme..

The colors and look were very similar to this but was with litestep and had a dwharf on the right hand side. I found a Nijikon Fetchi that isn't as bright but it is not the theme I am looking for. If anyone has this theme or knows where I could find it, it would make me extremely happy and finally end my search. I have been looking for about a year or two and it is hard to find with the lack of old themes available on the net. Thanks.

I have thousands of themes here at the house and nothing that has that name.

There's a version at wincustomize by Jafo; he could probably point you to the original version if his was a "remake".

Jafo...didn't he stop theming like 10 years ago?

I think he's posted LS stuff more recently, but only on wincustomize. He's an admin there or something.
