How do i refresh my computer wen i have a ls theme on? I right click my desktop and it's not the same. So how do i refresh my computer?

I don't understand what you are asking. Can you explain what the point of "refresh(ing) my computer" is? I am not familiar with that term.

So before you install LS themes. You can right click ur desktop and there's an option that says refresh? But after i install the LS theme, wen i right click, the option is not there anymore.

Your desktop is constantly being refreshed by the LiteStep desktop icon modules.

?? Desktop Icon Modules? But is there a way i can manually refresh my computer?

All the refresh button on the explorer desktop does is refresh the desktop icons. This process is done automatically by LS.
