The problem is when the computer boots up from being completely shut down (not hibernation or sleep) i get two C drives, D drives.... ect ect even the DVD drive has two same icons next to each other.. here is the code for... what's causing this

I believe the only setting you need to see is the $Drives$ part. I can just reload (WIN+Space), and it will fix it's self so I'm not that bothered by it, but I was wondering if there was any fix for it.. or if it is happeneing to anyone at all.

Use clickonic. Icondesk is old and moldy.

well by rotting i mean using the same setup, but yeah I guess I really should shower twice a day instead of once.

anyway, about clickonic, I don't like it for several reason, I can't disable the drag and move function, there are no transparency options and I can't specify an outlining color (just background pic and color, which is a lot more uglier)

I'd rather deal with having to press WIN SPACE every so often than having to deal with this, so I'm thinking I'm gonna change back to Icondesk... thanks for the suggestion though xcal.

by the way, are these modules outdated?
xtaskbar-1.5.2
xtray-1.1.1
xlabel-3.6.2
rabidvwm-1.2.2
jdesk-0.73
xpopup-1.2.5
lsmail-4.4
lsslider-1.71
remote-1.02_asperon
mzscript-1.0-beta_4
lswchanger-1.2

I'm not expecing anyone to relist everything that has an update, but I'm just wondering if there are any new modules that should be relpaced by a completely different module (as opposed to an update of the same series).

Try to get away from the PC and shower more often. That helped arrest my decay processes.

sorry, i forgot that i was editing and ended up posting a completely new post.... please read above.

Edit Again: christ xcal (or who ever said it) was right, the xpaintclass made creating settings a lot more complicated.. Given that I only put in 30min of trying to understand the whole new x-series modules.. I decided I'll just stick with what I have (the old x series and 'moldy' modules.)

I wish the docs were a bit more clear on how to use it. Or that I was smarter.

As a general rule of thumb, *I am always right.

*Disclaimer: I am always right, except when I am wrong. In that case, I am not right, but I will deny being wrong.

Yea...I think we have a winner!

The simplest approach is to download somebody else's theme once they have mastered the settings. Then copy the ones that you need.

I still don't understand the explanation of the problem.
