I'm creating my own theme and i would like to know how to move the msn messenger alert boxes as they come up in the top right corner

this is probably already been explained but could someone please help me

That's got nothing to do with litestep... Look in your msn clients preferences/options...

It isn't an Msn Option I have MSN Messenger 7.0.0816
Latest version for not xp i think
When i run explorer as shell it pops up above tray but not in litestep

any help pls

Well - it sure aint to do with litestep.... Alwaysontop might draw over it, but apart from that...

It's probably looking for some explorer component as an "anchor", and not finding any, it defaults to that position.
