ok I installed a font and would like to use it but how do i do it? i can use areial and terminal but not the *.ttf I installed "Digitaldream.ttf"
ex.
datetimelblFont terminal ; this works
datetimelblFont Digitaldream ; this dosent and goes to the default font
Did you really 'install' it, or just place it on your hard drive? If it's truly installed, it will show up in the font selection dialog box for your other applications, and it should work just fine in LS. Make sure you've typed the name correctly, too.
All fonts need to be installed in
C:\Windows\Fonts Directory!
Recycle Litestep and the font works!
I used a program called al font installer it said it installed the font correctly and it is now in the windows\fonts dir but maybe i didnt install it right ill try it again and see what happens
Ok I Got it, thanx for the help I had it installed right im just a dumb noob when it comes to LS and entered the font setting in wrong. I needed to put the font name in quotes "Digital dream", Terminal was the orignal font i was using and it worked without the quotes go figure.
Terminal is one word; Digital dream is two words. Quotes stick them together.
