hey all...

I've recently switched to LS and thus far am a fan... However, I've found the program isn't much of a boon to icon management. The icons I use on my current skin - Obsidian 1.0 - look small, they don't allow drag and drop (for copying/moving etc) and when I run iconX it destroys the taskbars I have....

Is this a generic problem or just me?

I also wanted to comment on some of the barking in earlier posts at 'new users'... Personally, I've always found snobbery and disdain for 'new' users, be it on games, skinning sites or whatever, extremely boring. New people are the blood of innovation. Greet and treat them well and LS will flourish. Act like a despot and the community will stay marginalised.

Be nice... doesn't take much.

1) iconX means to be Explorer dependent, so it's incompatible with LS
2) try Obsidian v.2.0 from http://www.nbi-studio.com
or try to replace xDesktop module with Clickonic (see theme.rc in the theme folder for details)
