step.rc, Missing? Thread last updated on 2006-12-25 14:48:02

Hello, I just got my hands on Lite Step and I can`t run it because it says:
Unable to find the file : "C:\(path to LiteStep)\step.rc"

I wanted to search if this problem was posted before but I can`t use the forum`s search utility because it is in development.
Sorry if I posted it in a wrong place.

You downloaded a build and not an installer...
