Ah, I looked at that site but didnt see the download button. My bad.
So I download it, restart, andddd...Nothing. No change as far as I can see. Am I doing something wrong? It told me to insert disc 2 of my Windows XP cd, but my computer already came with Windows XP in it, thus I have no cds for it. I clicked Cancel/No/Whatever negative option it had for inserting it. I guess all went well, since it says that the patch is working, yet I see no change.

Did you try to apply a new visual style yet? The patch just enables you to use "unsigned" visual styles - it doesn't change them for you though.

So, from the website, let's see if we can break this down...
First thing is to unpack the zip file to a temp location, then copy the Tiger directory (located inside the Themes dir) to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Did you do that?
Next run the UXTheme Multi-Patcher and please FOLLOW the instructions! Especially the bit about Windows XP file protection! Restart when it is finished.

I can only assume since you said you restarted, you did this? Notice it says to FOLLOW the instructions? You did that? If I had to guess, I'd say you missed a step there and your system's trying to restore the original themeux.dll file?

By the way, Dev, I noticed his little byline and thought you'd appreciate this... "Life is hard - It’s even harder if you’re stupid" (no offense intended, just something that caught my eye).
