it boots up normal and everythings fin but then this window about this ---->|____| big shows up for no good reason.

how can i fix this?

i have allsow this problem i hate it man i have had this problem like 2 times now and i realy like Litestep

When you first boot, is the explorer process running when you see that? Explorer.exe shouldn't be running at all, until you use the file manager (if you do).

If explorer.exe is running, and it is in fact an explorer window, then you have something else starting it - not Litestep. Assuming Litestep is properly installed.
