Cannot find the Language Bar Thread last updated on 2006-11-24 05:25:53

Hi there
How can I find the language bar when I want to change input methods?
Im using litestep on XP

Another q- when I change themes litestep looks for some dependecies but fails to download them which prevents me from installing the theme. Is there anywhere I can manualy download it.

What about the language bar?
I tried on 3 different machines and on two the language bar does not show....
I need to switch between Chinese and English.
