sometimes (with periodicity approximately 10-30sec) occurs something look like refresh. on desktop all icons disappear and appear (0.5sec), same occurs with opened opened window (the bat, explorer, total commander), what this, how i can remove this function (if this "function")?

I had this issue when I first installed the "SpecBar" theme. Issue went away after I switched to Exploder then back to Litestep.

Sometimes I still have my popup disappear (lose focus and close) for some themes. I think it's related to the module and /or version.

That's my guess tho - I never really researched it too much - if the theme has the problem, I don't generally use it much. I stick with the ones I like most (Glaze, Popsicle, WinFCE, Obsidian, nonstep...)
