Just kind of curious, is there any WYSIWYG theme maker out there for Litestep? I'm just starting out, I would like to have something like that, just so I can teach myself how themes are written out. If there isn't something like that, is there a good how to out there for theme creation?

In a word, no.

is there a good how to out there for theme creation?

The wiki is always a good place to start, and once you have a grasp of the basics, try picking themes apart. The best way of learning is by doing.

Make changes with your text editor, and then use a hotkey to recycle. Do it really fast and it's almost WYSIWYG. ;)
