hi there. im trying to make a little label that displays when winamp plays a new song, activates a timer, which then hides the label. got everything going except detecting when winamp plays a new file. anyone know what i could use?

edit: ok problem.. if the label is hidden, the text doesnt update until its unhidden. so it stays hidden forever.

however, if its shown and updates, it works like youd expect... hides for 5 seconds, then shows again.
