When creating a thread, please try to be as descriptive as possible when naming it. For example, if you have a problem with downloading modules, name the thread "Problem with downloading modules", not "Problem", "Please help" or "Peanuts". This way there's a much greater chance that someone capable of helping you spots your thread. After the tenth thread called "Help", people tend to stop reading them.

Please also include any error message you may have in your post. Error messages give clues as to what is wrong and allow us to lead you in the right direction for resolution.

Knowing the theme you're having problems with sure helps, too. Often it's a theme specific issue.
