I just installed litestep yet I don't know how to download themes. Also, when I go to the litestep folder and click on anything (themelist.rc or anything that ends in .rc) I get an error message saying "access denied." Is this common or am I doing something wrong. Thank you.

What's funny is I JUST found out everything for myself. I now have a new theme up and running but I thank you for your contribution.
