hi
i have the following problem:
ive installed litestep and then i wanted to change my windows-icons.
i changed it with the 30-day trial of icon profi and
all icons were replaced except the icons for folders and drives.
if i switch to the normal windows all icons are ok but if i switch to litestep the drives and folder icons are the old ones.

have someone have similar problems or can somebody help me fixing that ?

Yes everyone has this problem,

The only fixes I know are to use an alternative filemanager (I remember some use the different icons)
OR Reshack your system files with the new icons (The method I use)

Yep, this happens because explorer sticks its fingers somewhere they ought not to be, and not because LS "messes up" something.

I must be getting tired. I read "reshack" as "re-shack" and thought, "hm, that's a word I've never seen before."

West, I thought the exact same thing. I just nodded and acted like I knew what he was talking about even though it sounded a bit hickish.

Res-hack. Ok.

sorry guys, must have been the capital "R" I used.
does "reshack" look better?
or is "Res-hack"" the proper way to say it!?

who cares, if you dunno wtf reshack is you are a hick! :P

Well, it's posted as ResHack, so no hyphen is necessary. Appropriate capitalization does help though.
