I'm trying to install a theme. I've installed it, unzipped it into a folder, etc. But when I click on the config icon (the "Theme" litestep config. file), I get this message:

"C:\Litestep\Profiles\HP Administrator\themes\Vltreolus2_beta\theme.rc

Access is denied".

I don't know what to do. I've looked at tutorial threads, but all the links to tutorials that have been posted just bring me to a search engine screen.

Sorry for the double post, but it's telling my that the access is denied on EVERYTHING that has that particular icon.

Right click on a .rc file, select Open With/Choose Program..., pick your text editor, make sure you check the "always open with this" box, click OK.
