first off i wanted to introduce myself, say hi, and thank you guys for making the best skinning mods for windows, period.

now onto the question i have. i have read through the forums and checked out alot of the themes (i even now just made my first multi mon backround of the new GT3 and got obsidian as a skin for multi mon support) however i have noticed very few have a resource monitor like the one found in sosimple, where it is a text on the screen.

are there ways in which i can have this monitor on my current theme in the backround, do i need to look for another?

any input would be greatly appreciated.

You could edit the theme and copy the config file out and include it in your personal.rc. This would make it load in every theme.

every time i try to edit the personal.rc, it tells me access is denied. also, how do i find out what script (module) is running so that i know what to copy/paste?

to open files right click and open with then choose wordpad or notepad then check always open with so .rc files are associated with a text editor.

And if you are still using Obsidian I might add that feature in there on another release...
