has anyone managed to be able to use flash in their themes yet, I've got some ideas floating around on how I want to continue on my theme, and I am looking to see if there's any modules, or themes that i can look at so I know how I could go about continuing my research towards this end result.

if anyone has any ideas, suggestions or comments, please let me know.

oborzevate (http://www.litestep.net/?section=7&catId=10&action=details&id=86) allows you to place web pages on your desktop a la Active Desktop. If you want to integrate Flash into that, just write a web page that links to the swf file and stick it on your desktop.

Or you could try the flash module, xflash.

Indeed you could - hadn't seen that one before. I guess Andymon's branching out.

Sinister- xFlash will be the way to go.

Andymon is brilliant, but at the same time, very sneaky.

Wow. Hey, has anyone done a theme with this included yet? Is it so simple as basicly replacing the "desktop" with a flash file? Wow, the possibilities!!

But I dont think it handles bangs...
There are no onclick events :(
Just for fancy gfx effects.

!FlashAlwaysOnTop ("true"|"on", "false"|"off" or "toggle"|"switch")

!FlashHide

!FlashMove X Y

!FlashMoveBy X Y

!FlashReposition X Y WIDTH HEIGHT

!FlashRepositionBy X Y WIDTH HEIGHT

!FlashResize WIDTH HEIGHT

!FlashResizeBy WIDTH HEIGHT

!FlashShow

!FlashToggle

You have to script within Flash and use its events to run bangs.

From the docs: "This module only DISPLAYS the FlashObject, if LS Actions are wished the FlashObject must handle them internally!"
