I would like to change my time from the 15:00 format to the regular one. How would i go about doing this?

Look through the *.rc files in the theme's folder until you find the time's format string and change it. It'll probably be xlabel displaying the time, so you'll then need to check in the xlabel help file for what to change it to. Docs are in your right click menu, which come from your modules\docs folder in your litestep folder.
