The theme I'm using's popup scrolls way too fast. I've tried changing every value with "popup" and "speed" in it that was in the personal and theme files, but nothing can get it to slow down. I put my mouse to the edge of the menu and it's like it instantly goes to the bottom. Anyone know what's wrong? I'm using QuickStep2. It might not be on this site, so I can send it to anyone who want to look at it.

Hold ctrl+shift and press F1. Click the popup link.
