Hey guys, I got a texteditbox going...
What i wanna do is make it alphamapped. I know im not gonna have much luck.
However, I have an idea.
I have my texteditbox label nearly completely transparent, then I have my standard xlabel with the an aplhamapped image over the top.
This xlabel currently displays the active task.
I have the xlabel's text change to nothing when the texteditbox gets focus.
Now
I want to do one of 2 things.
1: When the texteditbox gets focus, make the overlayed label display the text in the textedit box (which is transparent), thus giving the illusion of an alphamapped textedit box, or...
2: somehow use fake transparency, but take a picture of the label underneath instead of the desktop?

Please... help?

Addition: If i can get the text to be always ontop, without the image being always on top, that would work too.

Heh, good :-D There's also the [EDIT] command once you make a post, so you don't have to keep posting... hehe.
