How can I get started using the litestep progam? I downloaded some themes and what i believed to be the lite step program but it won't initaiate can someone help?

Download the installer, unzip it, and double click the .exe... just like any other program. Then install the 0.24.7 final build, at the top of the download section, where you download the installer.

This isn't really a Code issue, though, is it?
