Don't slap the n003! -flails arms around-
Okay, so I've sifted through a few threads trying to figure out why I'm having this problem, and how a typical theme installation is supposed to go. I've downloaded two themes, gemini and fluidity(in hopes that one might work). I've unzipped them both, and found the theme file. But for some reason, all litestep configuration files(which the theme file is displayed as) say access denied when I try to open them. I'm guessing this is a problem aside of litestep, but a problem that has bested me(as easy as that is) none the less. Can I get any help?

You don't need to unzip anything to install a theme. All you need to do is go to your menu popup, go to the litestep menu, change themes, install theme. Then select the zip file to install, and it installs it for you.

The access denied is because the rc files by default have an unknown association, you have to go to file associations and associate it with your notepad.

Shift+LeftClick will bring up some theme options. If they have what you wish to change, you can save yourself the bother of editing the .rc files.
