I hvae recently started using litestep and found i like the Litestep enhanced skin very much. But i have a problem. The quick launch menu does not contain anything. My right click quicklaunch contains all my usual windows quicklaunch programs. I was wondering if there is a way to make the items appear where they are supposed to be?

Somewhere there is a line that defines what folder is supposed to contain the shortcuts that go there. You need to make sure it's pointed at your quicklaunch folder. Exactly where and how it's defined depends on the themer and the module used. There's no way to tell you more unless we have more details - or unless someone else has the same theme, as I don't.
