Hey guys, i've been reviewing the boards to see if there is a solution to this, but as soon as I installed Litestep, I noticed that the taskbar/system tray are always on top of any application I run. I looked through the right click > litestep > themes > editconfig's and notice theres a command to change it, but I have no idea where to place the command and was just seeking a bit of help if any of you guys could help. Thanks much in advance.

well if your running austerity (the default theme) just hold shift and left click the desktop, it should bring up a menu where one of the folders says bar options. always on top is in there.

I'm currently using the theme FBL Dynamic 1.7. I'll check the solution that you posted Stalefist once I get home from work, just to see if it works with this theme. I appericate the input so far, thanks again!

Well, FBLD 1.7 reserves desktop space, so even though the bar is always on top, if you maximize a window, nothing goes under the bar.

If you still really want the bar to not always be on top, change the following lines from true, to false.

Theme.rc, lines: 19, 611, and 620.
Taskbar.rc, line: 14
Tray.rc, line: 7
