Does anyone know how I can edit the launcher in the popsicle theme? I want to add a new button. Or rather, replace. Help? Thanks.

Poor West went through the trouble of making a readme.html. The least you could do is read it. ;)

Great theme to use, btw.

Haha, I'm sorry. I'm not the most...computer savy person. I'll look for such from now on. Have you any ideas on how to change the bit-depth of an image? I want to put an image into the Launcher but West was runing 32 bit images and the one I want to put in is 24, and you can't have different bit-depths in a exe or dll file, I don't think. It just shows up as a grey box. Any ideas?

No clue... Sounds like a Google moment.

Well, changing the bit depth is normally a pretty simple procedure, given that your image editor lets you do that of course. What program are you using?

As for editing the launcher... yeah, read the readme. It's all in there :)

So... if you haven't finished making the readme yet, is it a writeme?

Yeah, I wasn't sure if an image editor would let me do that. I have access to PhotoShop CS though not at my home, so I haven't gotten to check it out yet. I was using Paint, the high quality program that it is. :)

Paint? Naah, it has no such features. Photoshop will definitely let you change the bit depth, though I can't tell you exactly how to go about it (I'm not a PS user myself). But if you want to do it at home you could always d/l the GIMP, a very powerful open source gfx editor.
