Hey I'm looking for a module that will allow me to change the look of the active windows, like to a motif, or mac look and feel or anything else other that the default windows.

Is there a beast or do I need a third party application that changes this?

litestep doesn't change the look of your windows. it's a shell, not a window manager. try using any of the following:
