For some reason every single theme that i download always trys to download the modules and then fails, like two months ago it worked, but now it won't and i have to use the primary skin :(

Are you using a proxy for your internet connection? Have you altered AV or firewall software in that time period? Do you have multiple sites configured for use by load module (LS-universe, loose-screws, shellfront, etc.)?

i dunno, it might be my firewall...as soon as i can figure out how to change it.
