Looking for a lead on why this is happening.

Installed latest litestep build.
Installed Insight 3.5 Final Theme.
All modules installed correctly.

Everything working great, all but the Windows Color Theme.

I looked through the Personal.rc file and I have syscolor.dll enabled to change my windows colors. I am pretty sure the theme I downloaded changes all the title bars for active and inactive windows for (ex. Firefox, Explorer).

Anyone have any ideas or things to try, it would be apprectiated.

Edit: I also tried to contact the author, and posted on his theme forum, no response. :(

Look for this setting in your personal.rc file:

SCNoChanges (bool)
Prevents syscolor.dll from changing your system colors.

I'd bet it is set to true right now. =) (Some people don't like having their system colors messed with...)

That theme doesn't change system colors.

Er, yep, right. I should have read the OP better. Obviously that wasn't the cause. =)
