I try to instll ICDE theme(an old but great theme) in 0.24.7 on WinXP. (Noted: the ICDE theme is for 0.24.6 originally).
But after installation, I just see a clean desktop with only 4 virtual window float bar.
Others (which seen in the screen show) are missing in destop.
Could someone give me some comments about how to correct
this problem.
Thanks.

You can find it in litestep.net theme download with below link:
http://www.litestep.net/index.php?section=2&action=details&id=97

But it seem can not work normally in WinXP and Litestep 0.24.7

Installs and works just fine for me (aside from wrong vars).

WinXP, LS 0.24.7 (experimental 2006-02-13)

For the default installation, I can see nothing in desktop except 4 small black VWM window. There is no graphic interface which showed in the screen thumbnail.
So could you please give me your configuration of this theme?
(like the .rc you updated for correct configuration).
Thank you very much.

I didn't update a single thing. I just installed it using the LSTI. It looks just like the image shown for the theme.

The theme is "OTS" not "OTS2". If you did not use Omar's Installer, or did not install OTS compatibility support, then that may be the problem.

I found the problem now.
If you use current Litestep installation software to install the theme, 2 directory path need to be changed in step.rc in ICDE theme. otherwise you can see nothing in desktop.
And if you use the 1024*768 screen, you need to update some configuration file like popup, bpopup, clock etc to adjust the panel to a correct position.
