I`ve download the version 0.24.7 , But I don`t know how to install it without the installer produced by Omar .

Could you tell me the why or show me the documents about installing .

By not using the installer you are going to make life really hard for you in the long run. However, the docs do cover manual installations.

That depends on what s/he's trying to accomplish. It's not that difficult making a basic stripped-down LS installation with just a handful of modules (and it will be fast as heck as well). I did that myself on an old 98SE computer a while back. But... creating an OTS2-compatible setup is of course an entirely different matter, and managing themes will probably be very cumbersome without some kind of theme installer/switcher.

By using the installer you are only increasing your modules used count by one. So you are still at a handfull of modules. Settings that aren't used are ignored so you aren't bloating the memory. All you gain the ability to use OTS2 themes, but that is a lot for some.
