I don't know what theme you're trying to modify, but the module you need is Clickonic.

Yes, it does, but personally I think Clickonic does it better. It's like a 99% accurate emulation of the Explorer desktop. Besides, xDesktop has a few quirks and it isn't being developed further, so as much as I love the xModules I can't really recommend it anymore :/

I don't know. But it's more feature complete than xDesktop and far easier to configure.

hmmm, I always though Clickonic was a bit slim on features... ohwell, I like my DeskIcons better than either anyway :D

Is there a way for Clickonic to hide the Internet Explorer shortcut?

I delete it from the desktop, but everytime i recycle it comes back. When I use explorer as shell it is not on the desktop.

Hide it instead of deleting it.
