1. Is there a xmodule for vwm?

2. Is there a vwm mod that supports Alpha Transparency?

3. I get -1% for CPU readout on my xLabel (version 3.4.9). Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

I contacted the LS-Universe team and I got this answer

Hi,
Your system probably don't have (or something goes wrong with) the
pdh.dll shipped with windows or you use Win95 and some required registry
keys are missing.

Normally the [CPU] works without problems.

Maybe search for a pdh.dll on your windows/system32 folder.
If it's missing, download it from the internet :)

I did what he asked, make sure pdh.dll was not missing.. but no luck..

I searched tons for a fix on the -1% cpu thing. The only thing that me and another guy had in common was we both had manually set our swap files. Just a coincidence, I'm sure, but I haven't touched my swap since my last reinstall of XP, and haven't had the problem again.

I thought rabidvwm supported transparencies?

Yes, rabidvwm does support alpha transparency.
