There's even an IRC tutorial on lsd-trip.de. =) #litestep.de is most active in the evening I think, around six pm our time. Then again I'm never in there earlier than that so I can't really tell. :p
There seems to be a surprisingly large number of germans on ls.net, I've seen quite a lot of profiles with "@web.de" emails...

In fact there are about 490 user with a ".de" suffix.
