How do i creat a border around a xLabel and a Task in XTaskbar?

I cant get it to work, tried..

xTaskbarUseButtonSolidColors True
xTaskbarButtonBorderMethod Raised
xTaskbarSolidBevelSize 1
xTaskbarNormalButtonSolidColors $ColorNormal$ 000000 000000
xTaskbarActiveButtonSolidColors $ColorHover$ 000000 000000

but its not working.
Anyone thats using it in there theme and/or know how its done?

Same with xLabel, cant figer it out.

oh, and is there a Zorder or something so that i can have one label over another and when i click on the bottom label it wont go on top?
