Since I updated from LiteStep 0.24.7 RC3 to LiteStep 0.24.7 (Final), I have a problem with the Rainmeter (in combination with NonStep): it looks lite this:

Oh, sorry.
The orange bars should be INSIDE the grey bars, and not below.

open .\config\rainmeter.ini and under the nonstep section set SnapEdges=0

you can't have the theme running, otherwise rainmeter will overwrite the snapedges value back to 1.

I don't know why this is different between RC3 and Final yet. It looks to me like a bug in RC3 (and thus a bug in the theme config), since the behavior of Final appears to be correct (it actually snaps on a grid), I might be missing something though.
