It say to me that three DLL:
taskbar3-0.306_alpha-3.dll
syscolor-2.3.dll
lsxcommand-1.8.5.dll

were not to find, whereas in my file modules, they are quite present, if you want to help me thank you well.

Ps : My operating system is: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and I use Symantec antivirus Corporate Edition.

Do other themes have problems (especially somewhat new ones)? I'm afraid I wouldn't trust anything as old as Austerity :).

are you connected to the internet when "installing" the theme?

Litestep downloads the theme modules (DLL's) the first time the theme is loaded.

You may be needing an MS runtime DLL for some of those modules. That "module not found" message is sometimes misleading.
