How do I keep the taskbar from being hidden when I maximize my window. I have themes (like austerity) that have this option, but I've tried copy pasting bits of code in a million different ways, I can't figure it out. can someone give me a really simple breakdown of how to do it. If it helps, I'm running the "ThunderStorm" theme.
