I have an error log for an attempted install of a theme. I don't quite understand what it might mean.

The file is: MacOSXRCXIII.lsz

I downloaded the file from http://www.wincustomize.com

Here is the log:

theme was not installed


So, if anyone can give me any ideas on what this means...it'd be a big help. I don't know if maybe the file needs to be moved to a new directory or whatever...
