Is there a way to "wrap" the tasks onto onother taskbar or area? example: when the bottom taskbar is full the next task will show up at a new taskbar at the top of the screen.

tasks.dll can do it using a WrapCount

It can? I mean, I don't want it the default way (eg. place the new tasks above/below or to the right/left of the other tasks). I want it to be placed on a new area of the screen or onto a new taskbar. I would also want to group tasks as they are in WinXP, is that possible with tasks.dll too?

tasks.dll will fill a certain width and then wrap to a new row in the direction you specify. You can not however put tasks along the bottom and then put them along the top as they wrap. As for the grouping, I don't know.

Set the TaskSpacingY to almost the entire height of the screen?

Of course, then you can only have one row at the top and one at the bottom. (and if there's multiple monitors vertically it'll be weird, but who does that?)
