Hey there, been using litestep for quite a while now, but very solidly over the last year. My network been getting an over haul and i've decided to do out all my terminals with litestep. However one thing i'm missing right now is some flash. My old GUI i used a web page integration to display a customised flash website with animations and a few config menus, etc.
Unfortunately i cant use this under litestep as it does'nt seem to support the use of windows web page desktops. However after playing around with objectdock i realised there are three possible reaons for this. One, explorer functionality is limited by litestep, litestep desktop uses a Zorder which puts all litestep components "above" the normal desktop, or it's been disabled in litestep due to errors or lack of functionality. First does anyone know which it is ?
Second, does anyone know a way around it ? I really cant do without an fully interactive desktop for most of my terminals, and a workaround using a compilation such as object desktop and others is not ideal. Things i can think of, another desktop program which will either work side by side with litestep to enable web page desktops either through windows or through displaying http/html documents, a module or fix for litestep thats allows web page desktops under litestep, and my last option, using thememanager and a composite of other programs to create an identical enviroment that is not actually litestep at all :(.
If anyone has any suggestions, workarounds, fixes, ideas, tutorials, documentation, etc, then be much appreciated if you could post it up here or let me know :).
Cheers
